Terms of Play

SeyAero Play is a recreational aviation games service operated by Oluwaseyi Aerospace Software Services LLC. SeyAero Play is a separate consumer product from SeyAero's investigation platform and SeyAero Academy.

You must give accurate sign-up details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.

• Players under 13 may only play with a parent or guardian's consent and supervision.
• Players aged 13–17 should review these terms with a parent or guardian.
• One account per person. Accounts may not be sold or transferred.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play SeyAero Play for your own entertainment. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell or exploit the games, voices, maps or artwork.

XP, ranks, unlocked airports, badges and other in-game items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be rebalanced as the games evolve.

SeyAero Play is entertainment. It is not approved pilot or air traffic controller training, does not count towards flight hours, licences or ratings, and is not an EASA-qualified flight simulation training device. Never use it for real-world flight or ATC decisions.

You must follow our Community Rules. We may suspend or close accounts that cheat, harass others, or misuse the service.

We update games regularly. We aim never to interrupt an active game for an update, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without removing any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
