Privacy Notice

Oluwaseyi Aerospace Software Services LLC is the controller of SeyAero Play player data. Contact: privacy@seyaero.com.

• Account: email, callsign, country, birth year, optional avatar.
• Gameplay: XP, ranks, shift results and settings.
• Voice: when you use push-to-talk, speech is turned into text by your browser; we only keep the resulting text command during the game.
• Technical: device type, browser, error logs and approximate region.

• To run your account and save progress.
• To keep games fair, safe and working.
• To improve the games using aggregated statistics.
• To show you SeyAero Academy courses only where you choose to explore them.

Play accounts, analytics and payments are separate from SeyAero's investigation infrastructure. Play never receives investigation evidence, customer data or case material.

Only service providers that host, authenticate and run the games (for example cloud hosting and AI voice generation), under contracts that protect your data. We do not sell personal data.

Account and progress data are kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account deletion, unless the law requires longer.

Depending on where you live (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, NDPA and others) you can access, correct, delete or export your data and object to certain uses. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
